Return & Refund Policy
Zontom offers complete trust and transparency on all the purchases with us to all our customers.
Our products are non returnable. However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions:
- Wrong product
- Delayed beyond 15 days of delivery
In case of any of the above circumstances, the product purchased can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in good condition and not used.
We usually ship new products as replacement, once we get the returned ones.
If any user does not want replacement then they have to inform the same within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case we refund the amount to them. For prepaid orders, we either give them shopping points or refund to their cards directly. For any other form of payment we issue cheque.
After placing the order, if user wishes to cancel, they should write to email@example.com or call us / WhatsApp at: +91-9967776667 within 24 hours.
Though it’d break our heart to let you go, we’d be happy to honour your decision to seek a refund if product is deliver in damaged condition and you don’t want a replacement.
In such a case Money would be returned via NEFT within 7 working days of receiving your request
In case you feel PeeBuddy isn’t for you, please return unopened and sealed pack within 24 hours of receiving the same
We use leading logistics partners to deliver across India. Depending on City, PeeBuddy shall be delivered at your doorsteps in 3-4 working days post order confirmation.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. You can however return unopened pack within 3 days and apply for a refund. All such requests can be placed by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
